生产方法
由3,4-二羟基硝基苯在DMF介质中与溴癸烷反应生成3-羟基-4-癸氧基硝基苯。然后经乙氧基化、还原,制得3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺。然后,3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺与乙氧基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯缩合,得3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基苯胺基甲叉丙二酸二乙酯,最后经导热姆A加热缩合而得成品。

用途

用于预防治疗各种球虫病。
